We are all doing good... This kid is getting big and we are 10 weeks old. Almost free to the public! I hate my wife... She started at 113lbs pre-preggers and a couple weeks after she had Bryson she weighed 116...
Its taking me forever to lose 20lbs...

Brian - you need to put the baby in a jogging stroller and start jogging in the mornings, with the baby.
Give your wife a break and you get the exercise you need! ;D

That's the thing..
I have been jogging for the past 6 weeks at a average of 3-4 miles a day and 5 days a week...

Jog with the baby - more weight to move = more calories burned. I am sure baby will enjoy the fresh air I see a few men around here that do that in the mornings (when it's still dark).... they also have a dog or two in tow too. |

I will try it but I might have to wait till it is cooler here. Nights are in the high 70's to low 80's...
