I picked this place up a little over 2 weeks ago... Excited about the contract and everything... Most of you know I quit working for the man and started to grow my own company that was already established...
From the time I told my boss that I was done and within 4 weeks my maintenance contracts for last summer more than tripled. I knew what I needed to keep things rolling and we had enough before I made the decision.
Now this year I was able to see some more contracts and tripled the Contract revenue by another triple this summer...
Picked up this place along with 7 Dunkin Donut locations and about 5-6 residential properties... There was 1 or 2 jobs that we dropped but we have been doing there seasonal work. For some reason the billing is a little higher when it's not in full contract... I feel bad but it is the way they prefer.
This place is called Cypress Manor(a wedding reception hall). It used to be like a Chucky Cheese, Music and bar and a restaurant... A while ago... I am in pursuit of the owners other commercial and residential properties! :thumbs:
